An loves to support senior executives on their path to become truly inspirational leaders by helping them to accelerate their leadership skills and improve their results.
She also has significant experience coaching newly appointed CEOs of mid-sized companies with their transition into their new roles.
She also works with high-potential and ambitious young talent, from Universities and MBA programs, to become inspiring future leaders.
Many of An’s clients know her from her career as a Marketing Vice-President at Unilever. They seek out her advice and guidance because of her knowledge in marketing, business, and leadership development.
